According to a recent study by the Kaiser Family Foundation, roughly 19% of health insurance spending by employers is directly related to prescription medications.  As copays and deductibles continue to rise, employees are continuing to feel pressure.  In addition, employers are seeing premiums increase as a result of prescription utilization.  AUI has listened to feedback from employers and has been working on ways to help with this issue, both for employers and employees.
AUI is proud to announce the AUI Pharmacy Program.  This program includes a formulary of over 1500 FDA-approved prescription medications, including the top 100 prescribed medications in the United States.  This is NOT a discount program or an insurance plan.
Employees who meet income requirements can receive their qualifying medications for a set price of $30 per month per medication.  The average income to qualify for this program is up to $30,000 per year for an individual, up to $50,000 per year for a couple, with guidelines increasing with each additional member in households earning up to $100,000 per year.
