One of the biggest things we do as a team at AUI and ClarityHR is support the causes that our team is involved in. Karen and Pam came to us wanting to donate blankets and raise money for the International Institute of Akron (IIA.) We were happy to do so. We helped with a blanket drive, and went one step further and decided to raise money for the IIA as one of our dress down days. These are important acts in our #50Years50Acts of service to the community initiatives. Members of our team brought in gently used blankets and Pam and Karen took them along with a check for $500 to the IIA.
With all the international conflict happening, the IIA needs as much community support as possible. They offer support for refugees and immigrants coming here legally from all over the world. Helping them to build a new community in their new home of Akron.

Volunteer at IIA
The International Institute of Akron is always seeking community volunteers to help with many of their programs. From assisting in the classroom to organizing the many donations generously given from people in our community. They need people from all walks of life and of all ages.
